One of the best Thai cuisine here in Pueblo. Ordered our favorite Pad Thai Noodles (pork) and Drunken Noodles (beef) for a to-go dinner the other day. The food was tasty, low in sodium, affordable with a generous serving portion of meat. Can't wait to try their other menus soon. I would highly recommend this resto!
So glad we found Cherry Thai. This is a family owned and operated restaurant. We started with egg rolls and they were fresh and had that crunch. We also had Chicken pad Thai and chicken fried rice both were very very good. The owner was sweet and funny she even sat and visited and thanked us for our business. We will be back.
I love this place! I’m always looking for a great Thai food restaurant with delicious, fresh tasting food. They have a great menu selection with vegetarian and vegan options as well. The owners are wonderful! I have eaten there several time and have never been disappointed!

We have discovered this spot! Yay!! a small family operation in the Albertsons plaza behind CUofCO bank and next to Dickie’s BBQ. Just wonderful and very authentic. Will definably eat here again! We ordered hot and that was defiantly hot enough. I’m sure the Thai hot is too hot and we like hot food. I highly recommend if you like thai. We had Penang curry w/chicken and a papaya salad, sorry- we couldn’t help but dig in. Nice sized portion at lunch- I took my left over for dinner that night.UPDATE- 11/11/24- new menus! Yay-same amazing food!
Cherry Thai is one of my favorite places in Pueblo, CO! The food is authentic, the service is super friendly, and the prices are affordable. Love the papaya salad, beef pad thai, and spring rolls. My husband loves their Tom yum soup. After a long day at work, a meal at Cherry Thai is the best way to unwind. I know that my belly will be full and happy.

I'm going to be honest. This is the best Thai food you're going to eat in Pueblo. The soup was lemony and refreshing, the peanut stir fry was succulent and the pineapple curry was perfect.
